ATTENTION ACADEMIC COUNSELLORS AND OTHER SCHOOL PERSONNEL: In order to nominate an outstanding student for the National Book Award at the University of Toronto, we require information about your school. Please complete the form below and submit your school for verification. Once submitted, you will be sent a confirmation email at the address you provide. If your application is approved, you will then be sent instructions for nominating your student directly. You must use your official school or government issued email address as we are unable to verify personal email addresses.
